Muay Thai for Children Aged 6+
• We'll concentrate on teaching values such as discipline, team work and confidence.
• We focus on developing strong, core basic techniques for the beginners and more advanced techniques for the children, that have been training with us for longer.
• The session covers aerobic warm-up, basic exercises, stretching and many Muay Thai techniques. Training will involve shadow boxing, pad work and if they have a partner, partner drills.
• You’re child will also learn self-defence, conflict avoidance and resolution skills.
• We focus on safety at all times, helping your child to feel confident and building life skills at the same time.
• Other outcomes – improved wellbeing, mental, emotional and physical health; enhanced concentration and focus; respect and sportsmanship.
