Meet at 245 for 10.30am to travel to 36 Railway Arches, Blechynden Street, W10 6SA. Your young person will need to bring a workbook and pen to each session.
If your YP would like to meet us at the venue please let us know. We finish at 130/2pm and head back at 245 for 230pm.
Ignite your young person's passion for cooking with our exciting course in partnership with the Community Cook-Off Kitchen.
Under the guidance of professional chef Leila Hedjam and Charlotte Wall, founder of Community Cook-Off and a Police Officer in the Youth & Community Engagement Team, your young person will:
Master fundamental culinary skills, including making bread and pasta from scratch
Explore the art of flavouring and seasoning, developing their palate and creativity
Gain in-depth knowledge about herbs and their uses in cooking
Learn to prepare engaging dishes that challenge and excite their growing skills
The young people will work towards a thrilling culinary challenge throughout the term. In the final session, they will receive a mystery basket of ingredients and create their unique dish, putting their newfound skills and creativity to the test.

An appreciation for nutrition and healthy eating

Upon completion, your young person will receive a certificate recognising their achievement – a testament to their hard work and newly acquired culinary expertise.
